3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Bookings: Appointments are scheduled based on medical priority and availability.
• Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.
• Fees: Failure to provide sufficient notice or “no-showing” for an appointment may result in a cancellation fee. Please contact our Bondi Junction or Sydney CBD reception teams to discuss your specific appointment booking policy.

4. Fees and Payments

• Patients are responsible for the payment of all medical services rendered.
• While we may assist in providing information regarding Medicare rebates or private health insurance claims, the ultimate responsibility for payment lies with the patient.
• All fees are subject to change, and patients will be notified of any significant changes to our fee structure prior to their appointment.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Fertility, its directors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, except in instances of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
